Finally I win Noosa

It's only taken 10 years to finally win the Noosa International criterium. After having 2 weeks off and I must say that I have had a couple of quite beers, this criterium hurt like hell. The field wasn't as strong as usual with a lot of the "big name" professionals absent but it was still a great race to win.

Now I am continuing my off season which will see me through until the  16th of November. I will slowly get into my gym routine next week and then on the bike. Great news for the Gold Coasters, Fly V Australia should be having a mini training camp here from the 12th of December in preparation for Nationals in January.

More to come on that.

UCI Oceania Tour Ranking

I have just found out that I am the UCI Oceania Tour Leader for 2009. From my understanding this is based upon results for any UCI events inside of Australia and the athlete must not be registered with a  Pro Tour teams. I now am obligated to wear their official UCI Oceania jersey in all events in Australia.
